Articles are small words, but they often create big confusion for English learners in Bangladesh. Many students can write long sentences but still feel unsure about a, an, and the. The good news is that article use becomes easier when you understand the idea behind each word.
Use a or an when you are talking about one thing, but not a specific one.

If you often feel unsure about articles, prepositions, or basic grammar, you can check your current level first using the Free English Level Assessment Tool. It can help you understand whether you need beginner grammar revision or IELTS-level practice.
Do not try to memorize every article rule at once. Start with the basic idea: a/an = one general thing, the = specific thing. Then notice articles while reading short English texts. Over time, your grammar will feel more natural.
If your foundation needs a more structured path, the Recorded Pre-IELTS and IELTS Courses can help you revise grammar step by step at home.
