If you say “I am interested about IELTS,” most people will understand you. But the correct English pattern is interested in.
This mistake is common because learners often translate from Bangla word by word. English, however, uses many fixed word combinations. Interested in is one of them.
Instead of memorizing only the word interested, learn the full chunk: interested in something.
